Due to the Lending practices of some banking facilities, more Americans foreclosed on their homes this year then in the past. The Reverand Jesse Jackson Sr, founder of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition wants to call on all Congressional Leaders and other elected officials to meet with him at the 11th Annual Wall Street Project Conference (January 6-9 2008) at the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers.

His concern is the financial crisis that could send America back in the Depression.

In addition to continuing work on the looming foreclosure crisis, Sunday, Jan. 6 -- Day 2 of the four-day conference -- will serve as a "Political Economic Summit" featuring a roundtable discussion on the new urban agenda, which includes predatory lending, foreclosures and bankruptcy, universal health coverage and soaring education costs.
