Brian Nichols is a smart man, he knew that his charm can get him far. This was apparently the case when his recent plt to cut through the walls of the Fulton County Jail was discovered.He bribed his pen pal girlfriend, two sheriff deputies and his paralegal to be his accomplice.
Nicohols is best remembered for the courthouse shooting on March 11, 2005. This shooting left 4 people dead. He was charged with killing the judge presiding over his rape trial, a court reporter, a sheriff's deputy who chased him outside, and a federal agent he encountered a few miles away.
