Lil Wayne Dissed by Fan
Well, it seems little Wayne seems to be a little bias about who he gives autographs and interviews to. TMZ cameras caught him dissing a fan in New York City who was trying to get a picture of him. He looked high (as usual) and then was caught giving a white guy a picture but had some harsh words for the black guy.
