An Ohio man was charged yesterday with threatening a Supreme Court justice and other well-known "African-American males known to affiliate with white females," according to the Justice Department. It appears a man by the name of , David Tauson, had been sending threats and hate mail to men who affiliated with white women, well known white women who had relationships with black men and children of mix raced parents.
Yesterday David Tuason of Pepper Pike, Ohio, faces eight counts in the federal indictment. The 46-year-old is accused of sending 200 threats over the last 20 years, according to acting U.S. Attorney William Edwards.
