Barack Obama collected the support of seven of John Edwards' Democratic convention delegates on Thursday, then gained the backing of four superdelegates and a large labor union as he marched steadily toward the party's presidential nomination.
I feel this is a necessary move for Obama. He also picked up in addition, three superdelegates — Reps. James McDermott of Washington, and Henry Waxman and Howard Berman of California.
West Virgina was a hard pill to swallow for Obama. However, no surprise to many of us. An area that is populated with KKK members should not be expected to vote for a black nominee.

Go Obama Go! This is exciting, I don't know what the general election holds, but this right here is history making.
