First Black Fire Chief for Minneapolis

Minneapolis has officially sworn in its first black fire chief by hiring Alex Jackson. He has been a firefighter for over 27 years. As chief, he will manage of staff of more than 450 and an operating budget of more than $50 million. He actually is a
comedian as well, so I wonder how he will have time to combine the two professions.
