Man Gets Settlement from bite by Cops Dog

A Queens man who claims cops beat him, and a police dog mauled him during a bogus arrest has won a $235,000 settlement from the city.

After police pistol whipped him

The dog ripped a chunk of flesh from his leg. Garcia, who has no criminal record, was cited for a broken tail light, not having car insurance and trespassing. These charges were dropped. The city stated they did no wrong. I guess that is why they lost the lawsuit huh?
