Congratulations to the Pittsburg Steelers

Well, it went down to the wire. I have to admit I was rooting for Arizona, because they were the underdog team. Man, the Steelers worked it out in the final seconds. Final score: Steelers 27, Cardinals 23.

"This will go down as one of the greatest games ever played," said Holmes on the field after the game as confetti came down on him. "The greatest Super Bowl ever." It's certainly open for debate but Super Bowl XLIII is certainly in the running now. I agree. Usually I just watch the Superbowl for the commercials (I mean who doesn't?) but this time I actually watched the entire game.

Lets welcome back Jennifer Hudson, who sang her heart out with the National Anthem.. It was arguably the best and most emotional anthem performance since Whitney Houston sang the Anthem in 1991 during the first Gulf War. I want that CD single.

The most sensational play ever, was when Kurt Warner dropped back to throw to Anquan Boldin in the end zone. His pass was was intercepted by James Harrison, who took the ball back 100 yards for a touchdown with no time remaining. The play, was reviewed and upheld. So by halftiime we had Steelers a 17-7.Harrison's touchdown is the longest play in Super Bowl history.

I can't believe I went to watch the game and missed most of it for playing with the kids. :-)
