Dianne Wilkerson has been slapped with 23 new corruption charges that allege the Roxbury politician took bribes as far back as 2002 from a businessman trying to develop a piece of state-owned land.
The case is being jointly investigated by the FBI, Boston police anti-corruption detectives and the Internal Revenue Service.
