You Know You Are A Star When

You don't feel the need to pay taxes. Here we go again. It seems former American Idol Ruben Studdard doesn't feel he has to pay taxes. Apparently this came to light when he was trying to open a nightclub in Birmingham Alabama.







According to the state of Alabama liens have been placed on all property belonging to the American Idol winner for the unpaid taxes between 2003 and 2005 which amount to $171, 911 in federal taxes and $21,731 in state income taxes.

Hopefully entertainers will understand (ask Wesley Snipes) that you have to pay the piper sometime.
