I think this will sadly seal Chris Brown's fate if Rihanna has to testify. Lets face it "SHE" is the case. His lawyer tried to get the case dismissed (because of the leaked pictures) but that failed so the case is on, like donkey kong. So
Rihanna was subpoenaed (served in person), Tuesday in Los Angeles with the subpoena for the June 22 hearing in Superior Court, her lawyer Donald Etra confirms.
According to People Magazine, Rihanna was served at by L.A. DA investigators," Etra says. "If the preliminary hearing indeed goes forward, she is now legally required to be there, she will be there, and will answer all questions truthfully."
