God's Miracle on the Hudson

My belief is strong my faith is strong, but no more so when I see miracles like what happened today in New York City. When a Us Airways plane crashed today and landed in the Hudson River, all of the 155 passengers survived, (including the pilot).

Officials believe some birds may have caused the engine to malfunction. In this case, it's believed geese were the cause after a large flock apparently flew in front of the plane at the time of the strike. Mayor Michael Bloomberg met with the heroic pilot afterward, believed to be 57-year-old Chesley B. "Sully" Sullenberger.

People have talked about the "Miracle on 34th Street," but I now say there is a "Miracle on the Hudson River."

I must admit that each time I hear a crash reported I get nervous but because traveling is sometimes part of my job, I just keep everything in prayer and continue on.

The sad thing is, some folks won't even realize how much of a miracle this was. God was watching out for those folks on that plane.
