Michael Jackson Album Due Out In December

It looks like Sony Records in collaboration with Michael Jackson's estate has announced that they'll be releasing "Michael" on Dec. 14. The album is billed as "newly completed recordings" from the pop legend who died last year. The first single is called "Breaking News" and will soon be streamed on MichaelJackson.com.

Wow, is this gonna be like Elvis and Tupac where folks dead for years but their music is still going strong?

The first single is called "Breaking News" and will be streamed on www.michaeljackson.com starting Monday for one week. A teaser of the song will appear on the site Friday.

Michael Jackson's "This Is It" Movie

http://www.slashfilm.com/wp/wp-content/images/this_is_it_michael_jackson.jpg

I am not sure if I am going to run out and see this movie. I agree with his sister Latoya's statement, that Michael always wanted to do his best. To give a flawless show. He was so critical of himself. I don't think he would want his fans to see him at anything less then near perfection.

The fact that it was a "rehearsal," meant that of course he was working out the bugs in the performance before he went on the road. I understand the need to captialize off this movie, due to his enormous debt the family has to pay it off, as well as the production company has to recoup their losses as well.

So I guess I will just wait for the reviews.

I just was in the mood for some Michael Jackson

I just love this song, the whole vibe. This song always makes me think about life. So much is transpiring in my life that sometimes you just have to take time and reflect. Michael had a way, when he was on stage to just OWN the stage. It was his domain, no one could hurt him there.

I often think that the sad reflection of life is when someone passes, that the things that we should of told them in life, we say to them when they die.

And the Jackson Beat Goes On

Well since Michael Jackson's birthday is coming up soon I guess the news media is "hunting down," stories of interest. I found it amusing that every single shopping store I visited today had magazine articles about Michael Jackson on their covers. It is almost like a competition to see who can have the most sensational cover. I found this magazine "Q"( European) to have the worst image and byline on their front cover.

Jackson inside his Mad, Bad World. The pictures inside are just as controversial.

Then we have this dude claiming to be Paris Dad. According to MTV NEWS, the saga of Michael Jackson's children continues to become more complicated. In an interview on the "Today" show Friday morning (August 21), Mark Lester — a former child star and godfather to Jackson's kids — said there is a possibility that he is actually the father of Paris Jackson. Lester admitted that he has no proof of this, but he did say he donated sperm when Michael was first trying to have children.

Mark Lester on NBC's "Today"

Yeah, this dude Mark Lester (who is famous for appearing in the movie Oliver), claims he is Paris real daddy. How come all this child's 11 years he didn't feel the "right" to make this claim? WHY? probably because Michael Jackson had him sign a confidentiality agreement. So now all of a sudden he feels the need to step forward. I just feel sorry for the kids who did not ask to be a part of all this legal mess.

Michael Jackson Gives Up His Peter Pan Dream House

Michael Jackson has given up title to his Neverland ranch, transferring the deed to a company he partly controls, according to AP News.

The singer filed a grant deed on the ranch Monday that makes the new owner an entity called the Sycamore Valley Ranch Co. LLC, Tom Pearson of the Santa Barbara County clerk-recorder's office said Wednesday.

Sycamore Valley Ranch Co. is a joint venture between Jackson and an affiliate of Colony Capital LLC, according to a person with knowledge of the transaction who was not authorized to speak on the record and requested anonymity.

Brief dilemma For Michael Jackson

Well, it appears, "Sir Michael" is having his drawers auctioned on ebay. I guess I have heard it all.
. A pair of size-28 Calvin Klein white briefs once belonging to Wacko Jacko was auctioned on eBay, with a reserve price of million. The unwashed underpants have a sensational past.

They were part of the evidence confiscated in 2003 by then-Santa Barbara DA Tom Sneddon, who wanted a DNA sample for his unsuccessful child-molestation case against the washed-up King of Pop. The briefs are part of a stash of Jackson artifacts offered by New Jersey businessman Henry Vacarro, who obtained them in a bankruptcy case.

For extra authenticity, the briefs come sealed in an evidence bag and wrapped with police tape. Also being sold are the Gloved One’s handwritten note explaining why he wants an annulment from Lisa Marie Presley and a used half-ounce tube of skin-bleaching cream.

All I can say is"EWWW!!"

Jackson Family Reunite-Michael Missing

Members of The Jackson Five reunited onstage at the BMI Urban Awards on September 4th.
Four of the Motown legends - Tito, Jackie, Marlon, Randy - accepted a lifetime achievement prize from sister Janet Jackson at the ceremony.

When asked where Michael was, Marlon replied, " he bizarrely claimed he was "away riding a camel in Egypt somewhere."

The siblings refused to let the absentees spoil the occasion, as they enjoyed a tribute performance by the likes of R+B singers Mario, Keri Hilson, JoJo and Lloyd, who teamed up to deliver a cover of I'll Be There.

The occasion was turned into a real family affair when the Jackson 5 members - who did not perform - posed for photos on stage with parents Joseph and Katherine, and sisters Janet, LaToya and Rebbie after receiving the Icon prize.

It was also noted that Jermaine was not present as well. Okay, how can you receive a reward for being the "JACKSON 5," when only 4 of you show up? This is another "HUH?" moment from iriegal.

Michael Jackson 50 years

Michael Jackson is now 50 years old. No matter what Jackson is more than the artist behind the greatest-selling album of all time in Thriller. The child molestation scandals and numerous sensational tabloid headlines can never erase the fact that he is true legend in the music industry and one of pop’s greatest icons. In some ways, being a two-time inductee in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (as both a singles artist and member of The Jackson 5) understates his influence.

I remember (and yes I am dating myself) running to the television screen because the Jackson 5 were on the Ed Sullivan show. Wow, those were the days.

A rare photo of Michael Jackson's kids without their masks on. I often wonder (especially since they do not attend regular school) if their is any socialization with any children, outside of their own sibling unit. I know many of their cousins say they have not even met them.

They are some beautiful kids though. I think Prince2 needs a haircut.

Michael Jackson- In the Studio Again

MICHAEL JACKSON

Well, Mike is trying to get himself back in the limelight again (with everyone he owes this might be good strategy). He has reportedly hired Akon and Redone to produce his album. I think he should of gotten Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, if he watched the success of his sister (Janet) in the past.

This is why I encourage my children to finish college. It is nothing sadder than to watch people have no other talent but being and entertainer. (and you and I know you can't get a job at Macy's with that being the only thing on the application).

Mike has also reportedly banned his kids and women from the studio. I feel aside from banning his own kids, maybe he needs to ban other folks er...ahem...boy kids as well. I mean I am just saying.

Debbie Rowe furious about the kids photograhed with no veils

The mother of Michael Jackson's children is furious they were photographed without their signature veils, the New York Post reported.

"I had kidnap threats when they were babies," the Post quotes Debbie Rowe as saying.

The veils were my idea, not Michael's," Jackson's ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, told London's Daily Mail in her first interview since splitting with the King of Pop a decade ago.

Okay obvious question, Are these (kids) going to wear veils for the rest of their life?
Debbie claims "after the birth of Paris - named after the city where she was conceived - Rowe could no longer have children and Jackson dumped her."

Prince Michael is 10 and Paris 9. I can see these children in college with their masks and veils. Gimme a break.

King of Pop losing Neverland

http://cache.viewimages.com/xc/2742886.jpg?v=1&c=ViewImages&k=2&d=17A4AD9FDB9CF1934A2752006EF5F0ED1C8AAE9508B9BBB95A5397277B4DC33E
As of October 12, Jackson owed 23.2 million dollars (11 million pounds, 15.8 million euros) on a 23 million dollar loan he took out in March 2006, according to a foreclosure and notice of default report posted online by the California branch of Fidelity National Financial insurance company.

According to the document, which was first revealed late Tuesday by celebrity website TMZ.com, Jackson put up Neverland as collateral for the loan. Jackson spokesman Raymone Bain had no comment when contacted by AFP.

Default notices in California are usually issued when a homeowner misses their third payment, the website said.
