DMX owes IRS, isn't this a repeat of so many entertainers?

Earl Simmons,(DMX's real name), born December 18, 1970, rose to fame in the late 1990's.

The IRS and state of New York are saying that DMX owes them approximately e $1.5 million in delinquent taxes.

What is owed:

• The IRS filed a $442,869 lien against DMX and his wife on Jan. 2 in the New York City Register's office.
• The IRS filed a $663,554 lien against DMX on Sept. 10, 2007, in the Maricopa County (Ariz.) Recorder's office. According to the lien, he owes income taxes from 2002, 2003 and 2005.
• The state of New York filed an $8,343 tax warrant against the couple on Feb. 15, 2007, in the New York County Clerk's office.
• The New York State Tax Commission filed a $44,357 tax warrant against the couple on March 6, 2006, in New York.
• The IRS filed a $370,460 lien against the couple on Sept. 20, 2005, in New York.

DMX and his wife Tashera allegedly had a tax lien filed against them by New York officials earlier this year.

There are two claims against him. One for $33,457 and another one for $370,460 in 2005 and 2006, respectively. DMX I just want to let you know Walmart is hiring. Do your thing man!

Mom Not Abducted by "Two Black Men"

Here we go again. How easy it is to say "two black guys" abducted me. You know I am sick of this nonsense. A suburban mother who claimed she and her daughter had been abducted and stuffed in a car trunk is in custody in Florida after the pair were found at Disney World, where they had flown hours after the mother reporting their abduction, a prosecutor said Wednesday.

In the frantic 911 calls, Sweeten, said two men had bumped her 2005 GMC Denali, carjacked her and stuffed her in the trunk of a dark Cadillac. She implied that her daughter was with her in the trunk, according to Philadelphia police Lt. Frank Vanore, who listened to tapes of the calls.

Sweeten, who is white, described her assailants as black but otherwise gave few details about their appearance.

I think she has a lot of issues. I hope she gets the help she needs. While she was busy "lying" someone didn't get the police help they needed because the police were tied up dealing with her lying butt.

Beyonce on Ebony cover

Okay Beyonce is everywhere. I have to say she look great on the cover of this ebony magazine. I think she is very wise to keep her relationship with her husband private. I must admit though "denying" she was married in the first place was stupid but I guess she felt she needed to lie.

I know the world was surprised (as I was) that she decided on JayZ. Not the most handsome man in the world, but I think it is all on how he treats you and she says they love each other a lot so who are we to judge.

Federal Officials Investigating Leak on Obama's Aunt

You know the "lowest" thing to do is go into a person's personal life to try and find dirt. Sadly, for many politicians that is the "norm."

Obama's half aunt, who is from Kenya, was ordered to leave the United States years ago after an immigration judge denied her request for asylum, a person familiar with the matter told The Associated Press late Friday. This person spoke on condition of anonymity because no one was authorized to discuss the case.

The woman, Zeituni Onyango (zay-TUHN on-YANG-oh), is living in public housing in Boston and is the half-sister of Obama's late father.

Political Asylum

"The United Nations 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees and the 1967 Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees guides national legislation concerning political asylum. Under these agreements, a refugee (or for cases where repressing base means has been applied directly or environmentally to the defoule' refugee) is a person who is outside their own country's territory (or place of habitual residence if stateless) owing to fear of persecution on protected grounds. ...So if she has filed for Political Asylum (and even denied) then that information (like most immigration status) is confidential. This could in some cases put that person in jeopardy.

Obama met his father (and that side of the family) 20 years ago. He was raised as a United States Citizen in Hawaii. He referred to Onyango as "Auntie Zeituni" when describing the trip in his memoir, saying she was "a proud woman."

All I can say is TWO MORE DAYS!!
