Well according to MediaTakeOut, Tomi Rae Brown (James Brown widow) is dating Pimp Don"Magic" Juan. The Don was often seen accompanying Snoop Dogg as part of his entourage.
The former pimp revealed that he has been Tomi Rae Brown's confidante since early this year - when she was fighting Brown's estate for a share of his fortune.

Don was quoted as saying, "She says I'm the only one to make her cry and smile at the same time.

Carlos Santana-divorce

Carlos Santana and his wife of 34 years are divorcing, according to court documents.

Deborah Santana, who in her 2005 memoir "Space Between the Stars" described her guitarist husband as being unfaithful, filed for divorce in Marin County Superior Court on Oct. 19, citing irreconcilable differences.

Carlos Santana's publicist, Michael Jensen, said the case is "a private matter and there is no comment."

The musician has said he knew he made mistakes in his marriage.

"I sincerely apologized to her and to my kids when I wasn't in my right mind and did something hurtful," Carlos Santana said after the memoir was published. "It has helped me become more humble and to try harder to be the man she wants me to be."

Juanita Bynum-Home set for Auction

Evangelist Juanita Bynum's $4.5 million South Georgia compound is scheduled to be auctioned off next month for non-payment of property taxes, officials said.

Ware County tax commissioner Steve Barnard filed a lien against the 23.6-acre property owned by Juanita Bynum Ministries on June 7, citing failure to pay $32,007.56 in 2006 property tax.

According to the lien, a $3,200 penalty and $2,240 in interest is also owed.

It's the latest legal drama involving the nationally known Pentecostal evangelist, who has been in the news in recent weeks after alleging she was beaten by her estranged husband, Thomas Weeks.

Bynum's publicist, Amy Malone, said Tuesday that Bynum had no comment on the tax bill or the planned auction.

Barnard said the property, on St. Bernard Trail near Waycross, will be sold at auction on Nov. 6 on the steps of the Ware County Courthouse. The auction will be canceled if Bynum Ministries, which still has ownership, pays the full amount before that date, he said.

Bynum's Waycross-based ministry bought the property for $4.5 million last year, according to Barnard.

He said there is a 7,487-square-foot house, a 6,748-square-foot house and a 1,366-square-foot house on the property. Bynum lives in one of the homes, he said.

Barnard said someone from Bynum's office called him last month, "wanting to know if they could set up a payment plan, and I told them if she sent me $25,000, I'd take it out of the [Nov. 6] sale, and she'd have 60 days to pay the balance."

That partial payment was supposed to be made by Sept. 28, Barnard said.

"I never received anything, and then last week, I received a check for $5,000 and someone from her organization called and wanted to know if we got the check," Barnard said. "I said, well, we got a check for $5,000 that was supposed to have been $25,000, and they wanted to know if that would take it out of the sale and I told them, no."

Fox Trapped in the Hole

Imprisoned rapper Foxy Brown has hit out at reports she was placed in solitary confinement because she refused to take a drug test, insisting her poor hearing is to blame.

The hip-hop star -- real name Inga Marchand -- was sentenced to 76 days of "punitive segregation" earlier this week after violating three rules at Rikers Island jail. The 28-year-old was alleged to have been involved in a fight with another inmate, was verbally abusive to staff and refused a random drug test.

But Brown's manager, Chaz Williams, claims her separation was simply a misunderstanding -- because of her temperamental hearing aid.

He tells Billboard.com, "Really she didn't hear the request. She has a battery-operated device and sometimes it dies out." "There was an incident where a girl attempted to confront her and she stood her ground, but there wasn't any contact. Words were exchanged and that was it."

Brown was ordered to serve a year behind bars last month after a New York judge ruled she had violated the terms of her probation.

Whatever the real story, she is prolonging her jail sentence if she doesn't stay in compliance of the rules.

Well drama seems to follow Akon. Several people were injured on (Oct. 25) while setting up for an Akon concert at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. According to TMZ.com, several witnesses heard a canopy crack and fall which caused the left side of the stage to collapse. Among the injured were several students and a drummer. According to The Associated Press, Emory spokesperson Nancy Seideman reports that those injured were part of the crew building the outdoors stage. She was unsure of the extent of the injuries. No official statement from Akon’s representation has been issued.

Wyclef Gives Praises for T.I.

In an interview with MTV News, Wyclef Jean talked about his upcoming album "Carnival II: Memoirs of an Immigrant," and the new song which features T.I.

Wyclef talked to MTV about the young rapper's fate and even went so far to compare his music to that of the late rap legend 2Pac and the influence that his music carries.

"We definitely clicked in the studio," Wyclef said. "I vouch for the kid in the sense that I think he was one of the smartest rising stars in not [just] the music industry, but the world. I watched him on 'Hip-Hop vs. America,' and I saw the way he was talking just like Malcolm X. The conversation started getting deeper and deeper. And I think he has influence. When he speaks, it moves a whole generation."

Well, my opinion is if you are on Parole or Probation, one of the conditions is that you do not own or carry a gun. So although I applaude T.I. Artistist accomplishments, he is still a felon who ignored his probational requirements....that is the bottomline.
